When Thompson was unable to deliver, Al Jazeera International turned to us at Dreamtek. My team stepped up and successfully installed and configured an entirely new TV station at Knightsbridge 1 in London. It was quite the milestone—the first High Definition TV station in Europe, back when XSAN was the cutting-edge solution.

Fast forward to today, and DDP has ascended to royalty. Long live the king!

It feels like ages ago, back when the Apple XSAN (Quantum) was all the rage. After successfully installing XSAN for BBC in London, we made our way up to Cambridge to do it all over again.

Ah, those were the days—before DDP came along as the new (and, let’s be honest, somewhat retro) star of the show. But hey, long live DDP! It’s been a reliable companion through thick and thin, and we’re still cheering it on.
