SeiRogai, Inc. has been selected for the FY2026 second-year support program under the Leading Project of the Tama Innovation Ecosystem Promotion Project, an initiative organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Building on the successful outcomes of the demonstration project conducted in FY2025, SeiRogai will focus on developing an implementation roadmap for social deployment while accelerating efforts toward the commercialization of the project during FY2026.

SeiRogaiは、「体験型DX」を通じて地域の魅力を直感的に伝え、世界へとつなぐソリューションを提供しています。本出展では、VR・映像・マーケティングを融合した独自のアプローチにより、「伝わる体験」を実際に体感いただきました。

単なる展示にとどまらず、来場者との対話を通じて、地域とビジネスの新たな可能性を創出する機会となりました。

SeiRogai Inc. exhibited at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center Grand Cultural Festival, “Mina-San Fes. 2026,” held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center.

SeiRogai provides solutions that intuitively communicate the appeal of local communities to global audiences through “Experiential DX.” At this exhibition, visitors experienced SeiRogai’s unique approach that combines VR, visual storytelling, and marketing to create immersive and engaging experiences.

「没入型デジタル体験は、本当に実際の購買や来店行動につながるのか。」

この問いに対し、SeiRogaiが、伝統工芸メーカーである株式会社片岡屏風店と連携して実施した実証プロジェクトは、非常に示唆的な成果を生み出しました。

As inbound tourism to Japan continues to surge and experiential commerce becomes increasingly important, one question remains at the center of destination marketing, cultural tourism, and digital commerce:

Can immersive digital experiences directly influence real-world customer action and sales?

A recent prototype demonstration project conducted by SeiRogai in collaboration with traditional Japanese folding screen manufacturer Kataoka Byobu Store Co., Ltd. and the Sumida City industrial promotion initiative suggests the answer is increasingly “yes.”

SeiRogai Inc. has launched the “Chuo University VR360 Virtual Tour in Hachioji City” through its immersive platform, Global Virtual Travel (GVT). Developed in collaboration with Chuo University, the project integrates cinematic VR360 production with interactive virtual exploration to provide international audiences with a deeper and more engaging introduction to university life, student culture, and the campus environment in Japan.

The project has also received international recognition through media and academic platforms, including AP News, The National Law Review, and AcademicJobs.

The project “360° VR University & Town Campus Tour to Promote International Student Enrollment and Regional Tourism in the Tama Area,” jointly promoted by SeiRogai, Inc. and Keio Travel Agency Co., Ltd., has been featured as a Leading Project on the official website of the Tama Innovation Ecosystem Initiative.
The project aims to build a new model that simultaneously promotes international student recruitment, inbound tourism, and regional branding by providing immersive 360° VR experiences that seamlessly integrate university campuses with local tourism attractions.

株式会社SeiRogaiは、2026年1月30日（金）・31日（土）に開催された「第3回たま未来・産業フェア」に出展いたしました。本展示では、東京都の「多摩イノベーションエコシステム促進事業」におけるリーディングプロジェクト（令和7年度・テーマ：観光・レジャー）として採択された実証プロジェクトを中心に、最新の観光DXモデルをご紹介しました。

本プロジェクトは、株式会社SeiRogaiと京王観光株式会社による共同提案として採択され、東京都および多摩地域の大学・自治体と連携しながら推進している取り組みです。

観光DXとVR360°を融合し、大学キャンパスと地域の観光資源を一体で体験できるVRツアーを開発。留学生誘致・インバウンド集客・地域ブランディングを同時に実現する新しいモデルとして紹介しました。

SeiRogai Inc. exhibited at the “3rd Tama Mirai Industrial Fair,” held on January 30 (Fri) and 31 (Sat), 2026. At this exhibition, we presented our latest tourism DX model, centered on a proof-of-concept project selected as a Leading Project (FY2025, Theme: Tourism & Leisure) under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Tama Innovation Ecosystem Promotion Program.

This project was selected as a joint proposal by SeiRogai Inc. and Keio Travel Agency Co., Ltd., and is being implemented in collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, as well as universities and local municipalities in the Tama region.

By integrating tourism DX with VR360°, we developed immersive VR tours that enable users to experience both university campuses and regional tourism resources in a unified way. This model was introduced as a new approach that simultaneously supports international student recruitment, inbound tourism promotion, and regional branding.
