Staying safe in very hot, sunny weather:
💧 Drink plenty of water, even if you don't feel thirsty.
🧢 Wear a hat, sunglasses, and light, loose clothing.
🧴 Use sunscreen (SPF 30+), and reapply regularly.
🌳 Stay in the shade or indoors during the hottest part of the day.
🚫 Avoid too much alcohol and excessive caffeine when it’s very hot.
🥗 Eat light meals and fruits with high water content.
🥵 If you feel dizzy, weak, confused, or extremely thirsty, move to a cool place and cool your body immediately.
Simple reminder: “Respect the sun—stay cool, stay hydrated, and protect your skin.”

A small token of contribution from those of us living in Japan toward the fulfilment of His Majesty’s noble vision of the 108 Jangchub Chortens.

We are deeply honoured to have made this humble contribution and grateful to receive the certificate acknowledging our support. Though modest, it is offered with sincere prayers and heartfelt wishes for the successful completion of this sacred and historic project.

May this noble endeavour progress smoothly and reach fruition without hindrance or obstacles. May it bring immense benefit, peace, and blessings to all beings.

With our deepest prayers and unwavering support for His Majesty’s vision. 🙏🇧🇹🇯🇵
