I have started a Veggie Box service through my website, Kenko Root!
For the Veggie Box customers, I like to provide as much info as I can to help each person utilize their veggies.
This super short video shows you how to wash and cut Komatsuna, a leafy vegetable often seen at the farmer's market.

Of course, anyone can watch and use this information to make their time in Okinawa easier :)

Haitai! After staying home for so many months, I am finally able to get back to video making :) Most people who know Okinawa, know Sata Andagi. They are deep fried Okinawan donuts and are sold at almost every festival, farmer's market, and 'michi-no-eki' (highway rest stop). This short video explains how to quickly and easily make Sata Andagi using the local flour mix. However, I wouldn't make this video using flour mix only sold at the local supermarket.

Sata Andagi flour mix is sold online for both those living AND not living in Japan.
