SPACE. TIME. CHOICES. INCOME.

You first need to believe it’s possible for you.

Then you need to believe you are worthy of receiving it.

All of it!

These are the two KEY things you need to embody if you are going to attract MORE by doing LESS.

I don’t mean not working at all.

I just mean working in a way that is so deliciously leveraged because of the digital age we now live in, that you are saying YES to all that’s available to you and breaking up with the old stories that you have to work in a certain way, i.e. “hard” in order to receive more of all of the above.

Everything you already desire, already exists.

You have the proof that it’s there for you but how are you blocking yourself from receiving it?

The monkey mind will keep playing old stories on repeat and the body will maintain familiar situations that keep you stuck.

There is so much on my heart…

Such much has happened recently

So much is happen-ing…

And without making my FB a Dear Diary space, I have shared parts of my heart and how the key pieces that have contributed to my growth and help other women unearth those parts of themselves that they may be afraid to express because they don’t have the space to do it.

I have got to where I am in my business by simply sharing my heart.

And I have been supported by a business that supports me to do that.

My body is constantly rejuvenated by the medical-grade technology I sell so that I may be the embodiment of true health and wealth.

It has been a journey and one that I am so in awe to be on as the universe just keeps dishing out her gifts, her holding and her abundance the more and more I embody the truth of who I am and what I’m a stand for.

This week, I co-facilitated a feminine embodied business activation for my team.

It didn’t go to plan. One of our facilitators was unwell and couldn’t participate last minute. So we held her and the activation still happened and our business held us. It always does. When you honour your heart, your body and your truth, you are always supported.

This week we’ve had so many women go through our discovery process, book clarity calls to speak to someone 1:1 about how they can get started in leveraged online business and make this work for them, in their way.

The process is so simple and clear.

This is what feminine business is and I am so proud to say that we are genuinely, the embodiment of it.

Honouring your seasons. Allowing yourself to be held. Trusting yourself and your offerings.

You are absolutely enough, just as you are.

It’s true what they say…

“New levels, new devils”

I’ve been feeling into some pretty big life decisions of late and holy hell it has been a lot for me to hold.

And what keeps coming up, over and over again is the aliveness of my mind and this mistrust of my heart and body.

The conditioning of it runs so deep. So so deep.

And I’m aware of it now because I work with the heart and the body.

And even as someone who delivers practices and advice on the daily, I find myself on my knees at times when faced with these forks in my own road.

Is that really what I have to do? Really? It feels so big and grown up and my little girl just wants someone to hold my hand and help me, someone to hold me through it.

“Trust your body.”

“The heart knows.”

“The mind will catch up but it always takes longer to understand.”

“Follow the feeling and the logic will follow.”

“Not the other way around…”

I started living listening to this way about 3 years ago… it has been the reason there has been so much rapid expansion in my life since.

When I really think about it, and all that’s happened, it is crazy. Legit wild. And yet, it has been so beautiful. Everything has felt so right, even in the deepest of discomfort.

So if you’re reading this, in a pit of what the f*ck do I do? I encourage you to get quiet, get off your apps for a day or two and allow your body to guide you.

That voice of your intuition is so wise, so much wiser than you give her credit for. She is always guiding you to your next step, and you’re likely getting in the way.

Go listen. Then you’ll know. And make your moves. The voice will only get louder if you ignore her.

No one can f*ck with your truth.

If it’s real and embodied.

If it’s so convicted in your cells, no one can remove that from you.

I was asked at a lunch recently what “embodiment” was and I replied with: truth.

Sharing it, being it, embody-ing it - in every single cell of your being.

The journey to embodiment is what I’m passionate about helping women unlock for themselves.

Because it’s coming home to your fully aligned and embodied truth where true freedom lies.

We each have our own life experiences that shape and mold who we are and what our truth is.

And our ability to access and fully embody it.

I say it’s a journey because it is a process of becoming. It’s not a quick fix strategy or step by step guide to follow and boom! you’re embodied.

It is a state of being.

And it’s a process to journey through with embodiment practices and coaching with a certified practitioner 🙋🏻‍♀️

You know you’ve reached a new level of freedom when you are genuinely unattached to what you post on here and are more concerned about how sharing what you have to offer can genuinely change people’s lives.

This is where I often come unstuck - I forget to articulate it because it’s just so embodied in my life now.

I was asked at a lunch recently what I did and it was so funny because like many women when they first start their business, I found myself a little tongue tied in what to say.

Because the truth is, I do a lot of things, for a lot of women and it’s tailored to whatever they need.

For the last four years I’ve gradually built my online business by simply being myself and sharing an opportunity.

Finding her; being myself, becoming her was the hardest part.

The business is actually easy as because it’s already been made for you.

What most people don’t realise is that people might be looking for an opportunity, but they are actually buying YOU!

It’s the WAY you sell it.

The ENERGY you embody.

The VALUE you share.

The IMPACT you’re making.

The AUTHENTICITY in your message.

My phone is so full of content right now I have serious overwhelm. But when drop back into my heart, remember that I am just a woman, helping other women build personable and profitable businesses online, all that anxiety drops away.

“No one cares, babe. They just care about how you can HELP them.”

I’ve just returned from a 20 day whirlwind trip to Japan.

Part business, mostly pleasure and a whole lot of expansion is flowing through.

I was paid every day I was away, I was barely on my phone, and in deep mode of receiving and recalibrating because I had earned it.

Despite years of hard work, traditional business never offered me this. And it’s why I’m so passionate about sharing the online alternative with you.

I had $20K in 20 days of passive income drop in while I was away and I’m about to do the same with active income in the next 20 now I’m home cos I’m cute like that 😝

As I was lying naked on a stone floor in a shallow pool of warm spring water, surrounded by Japanese women bathing their bodies, the message was clear:

“It’s time to open The Portal.”

An intimate container for 5 women over 7 weeks. A portal to come home to your body, activate your voice and drop into a deeper embodiment of self expression and authenticity of being.

As with all my containers, they need to feel aligned and the timing needs to be just right for me to offer them in alignment with what I am a stand for.

When I sold out my year-long Immersion earlier this year, I had an inbox of women who wanted to work with me in this capacity but for less time and financial investment.

Kyoto 🇯🇵 in 10 squares… what can I say?

Someone pinch me that this is my life 🥹

So much gratitude flowing through my veins as I am traveling for the first time in my life where I’m not stressed about loss of income.

Because as a self employed woman, that is a real thing, yo.

If you don’t work, you don’t get paid.

Unless… you change sh*t up and start working differently.

To be able to run my business 24/7 online so I can enjoy my life offline is what has come into full presence for me whilst traveling this trip.

Truth be told, I’m in Japan for a convention with 5000 people from across the globe next week-the 50 year anniversary for the Japanese company I partner with.

You may not even know this.

You don’t actually need to cos we’ve built an entire automated system that does all the explaining for us.

Literally built-for-you systems that allow you to create a business that gives you your time back.

We like to call it a business in a box!

One of the clearest lessons I have learnt as an female entrepreneur is…

To go your own way.

To find what works for YOU by trying stuff on (i.e. being consistent in some sort of action consistently) and seeing what lands and feeling how it fits.

This is how you find it (what works).

And, if you don’t know who the fk who you are (this was me -4 years ago), it’s also how you find HER.

It’s why I’m so devoted to helping women unearth the embodiment piece because without it, you’re just floating around copying everyone else!

There are so many ways to build your business (and life) and the key to your success is actually being so authentically you!

That is it!

That is my “secret” to you finding your version of success.

(And, having the right financial vehicle that actually supports you to do that.)

The indisputable power of building a business as yourself is you get to CHOOSE what that is for you and empower other people to choose the same.

It’s such a beautiful thing when you find the sweet spot of intentional work x fully expressed living = uncapped abundance!
