Top Ensembles Series at The Phoenix Hall 2025-2026

This season's Top Ensemble Series will offer an opportunity to enjoy the development and succession of Haydn's established string quartets in each country. Outstanding quartets from Germany, England, and Japan will bring out the charm of string quartets their diverse repertoires.

日本室内楽振興財団とザ・フェニックスホールが共催するトップアンサンブルシリーズ。大阪国際室内楽コンクール入賞団体などの、大阪にゆかりのある卓越したアンサンブルが出演します。
今シーズンのトップアンサンブルシリーズでは、ハイドンが確立した弦楽四重奏曲の、各国での展開と継承をお楽しみいただきます。ドイツ、イギリス、日本を代表する稀代のクァルテットが、独自のレパートリーで弦楽四重奏曲の魅力を引き出します。

We are so delighted to release the Rules and Regulations of the 12th Osaka International Chamber Music Competition & Festa.

📝Application period
April 1st - October 12th, 2025
📅Dates
Competition: May 17th - 24th, 2026
Festa: May 9th -13th, 2026

▶Competition
Section 1: String Quartet 🎻
Section 2: Piano Trio or Piano Quartet 🎻🎹
The competition is open to ensembles of all nationality whose members were born on or after May 18th, 1990.

▶Festa
Ensembles consisting of 2-6 instrumentalists.
Classical music, traditional music, folk music, etc.🎷 🪕🎻
Eligibility: The Festa is open to ensembles of all nationalities with no age limitation.

▶コンクール
第1部門：弦楽四重奏 第2部門：ピアノ三重奏またはピアノ四重奏
国籍を問わず、1990年5月18日以降に生まれた演奏者によって編成される団体が応募できます。

▶フェスタ
2～6人の器楽奏者によるアンサンブル。
クラシック音楽に限らず、世界の伝統楽器や民俗音楽も対象とします。国籍、年齢不問。
