3 generations of studio computers, from right to left:

- Power Mac G5 (2004), ran Live 6 from 2016 to 2021
- Mac Pro 2,1 (2007), ran Live 6 and 9 from 2021 to 2025
- Mac Pro 4,1 (2009), installed today! running Live 9 and 11

Yes I run my studio on a 16 year old computer 😎 capitalism can keep its planned obsolescence, this “new” Mac can even be upgraded further! I could have kept running the 2,1 just fine but I found this 4,1 over a year ago for a very ridiculous price and I grabbed it to future proof the studio a bit.

My trip is nearing its conclusion 😭😭😭 but not without first doing my Osaka debut tonight at . West Japan has been amazing to me and I am very grateful for all the good experiences I have gotten the past two weeks and all the people who made them happen 🥹

I’ll be playing for the first time in Osaka next month with a crew of friends and talent at !

I’m really happy to return to Japan after !7! years, especially to the Kansai region which is probably my favorite place in Japan to hang out and eat til i die.
