✨ 12-count grilled nuggets — 200 cal | 38g protein
🥬 Side salad (customized) — 180 cal | 11g protein
(bacon crumbles, tomato, egg, shredded cheese, black beans, corn, no dressing)

Strawberry “Botox” Gummies 🍓✨ (we’re eating our skincare)

These gummies are packed with collagen-supporting gelatin, vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber to help support:
✨ skin elasticity + hydration

Ingredients:
🍓 15 large strawberries (vitamin C + antioxidants)
💧 2 cups water
🍋 1 lemon, juiced (extra vitamin C + glow support)
🍮 1/2 cup beef gelatin (collagen support for skin, joints, hair & nails)
🌱 8 tbsp chia seeds (omega-3s + fiber for that glow)

Instructions:

This is one of those meals that proves eating high-protein doesn’t have to be expensive or boring. When I was losing 100 pounds, meals like this were my go-to…simple, filling, and actually good. 💯

Ingredients 🛒

Potatoes
🥔 2 lbs potatoes, diced
🌶️ 2 tsp paprika
🧄 2 tsp garlic powder
🧅 2 tsp onion powder
🧂 1 tsp salt
⚫ 1 tsp black pepper

Chicken
🍗 4 large chicken breasts, diced
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🧅 1 tsp onion powder
🌶️ 2 tsp paprika
🍲 1 tsp chicken bouillon
🧂 1 tsp salt
⚫ 1 tsp black pepper

Extras
🧅 1/4 cup white onion, diced
🍯 2/3 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce (G Hughes)
🥦 12 oz broccoli, steamed

Instructions 👨‍🍳

Roast potatoes at 425°F for 35 minutes until crispy.
Cook chicken in a pan, add onions, then toss in BBQ sauce.
Steam broccoli.
Divide everything into 5 containers and you’re set for the week.

Healthier Strawberry Mochi 🍓✨

Ingredients:
• Rice paper (spring roll paper) 🍚
• Fresh strawberries 🍓
• Strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt 🥣
• Cornstarch 🌽

Use as much or as little as you want ..it’s super flexible and hard to mess up 👏

Light, refreshing, and gives that mochi vibe without all the extra calories. Perfect when you want something sweet but still want to stay on track 💯

🥭HEALTHIER MANGO HORCHATA

This Mango Horchata is creamy, refreshing, and packed with real mango flavor..made lighter with low-fat dairy and sugar-free condensed milk, but still rich and satisfying.

Makes about 15 cups

Save this recipe 👇

Horchata + Mango Base

🍚 1½ cups white rice
💧 3 cups water
🌿 3 cinnamon sticks

Soak overnight.

Blend with:
🥭 2 large mangos, diced
🖤 1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend until completely smooth, then strain into a large pitcher and discard solids.

Creamy Mix (Add after straining)

🥛 2 cups low-fat milk
🥫 1 (14 oz) can sugar-free condensed milk
🥫 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
💧 4 cups water

Stir or blend into the strained mango horchata until fully combined and smooth.

Serve over ice and enjoy 🧊🥭

🍓 Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

• 🍓 10 fresh strawberries
• 🥛 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
• 🍯 Honey (sweeten to your liking — I used ~3–4 tbsp)
• 🧁 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
• 🌱 8 tbsp chia seeds

👩‍🍳 Steps:

1️⃣ Add strawberries, almond milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Pour into a mixing bowl, add chia seeds, and stir well.
3️⃣ Let it sit 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.
4️⃣ Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is 💯).
5️⃣ Stir and serve with your fave toppings: berries, granola, coconut flakes, nut butter, etc.
