Called specific skills visa
Tokutei Gino visa（特定技能ビザ）

It's no requirement for education background
It's no need for fluently Japanese speaking skills, just only More than N4 level

And
there are two types of exams and if you pass it both, you can get this visa then, you can apply for work in Japan

And
if you are student in Japan now, you maybe work as 28 hours working permits per week, but if you get it, no more need to worry about it, so you can work full time job.
