If you’re in Osaka and craving something sweet, This place in Umeda is a solid stop.
The pancakes are soft, fluffy, jiggly, and really yummy — exactly the kind of soufflé-style pancakes Japan is famous for.
Just make sure you plan around the queue, because this place can get busy and the wait can be pretty long.

Located near Umeda Station, this hotel was reborn after a full renovation and this might seriously be my favourite new stay in Osaka.

This might be one of the best pancakes I’ve had in Tokyo.
Ginza West Aoyama Garden keeps it simple — thick, fluffy, perfectly cooked pancakes in a classic Tokyo café setting.
Not flashy. Not over the top. Just seriously good.
