I used to speak to 3 people in a classroom and pretend they were a big crowd.
A week ago I stood on the IQI International Convention stage.
IQI is one of the biggest real estate networks in Southeast Asia. Thousands of agents, leaders, and top producers in one room. The kind of crowd where you can feel the energy before you even say a word.
That’s the thing nobody tells me about building a personal brand for years: one day the rooms just get bigger, the stages get louder, the introductions get longer. And somehow, you realise you’ve been training for this the whole time.
I started creating content when nobody was watching. Posted when the views were embarrassing. Took speaking gigs that paid nothing just to get the reps in.
Every single one of those moments was a deposit.
This was a withdrawal.
If you’re in the early stages of building something: your brand, your business, your voice…
I want you to screenshot this and come back to it when it feels pointless.
Because it’s not pointless.
You’re just not at the withdrawal stage yet.
Keep going.
