This old dish cost only 300yen at the recycling centre in my area. Googled and found similar images of Koimari. Same as the last time I found a colourful one, I am going to use it for New Years gathering.

Ibaraki is the least popular among 47 prefectures in Japan. But, when you look at these discarded old utensils, you will know this area is very wealthy. It may not be in the context of only finance, but Ibaraki is surrounded by both mountains and seas. Agriculture lied in its constitution, therefore, it might have been less elegant or dignified.

When I once had a drink at a local bar, I met an Ibaraki native professor in Mathematics. He is at eighty and dwelled about beauties of old Japanese mentalities, using names and words by biographical great men as evidence. When he was leaving the bar, he said, Ibaraki is too good to tell anybody. And he added that " If you are really really fond of this bar, you'll never tell it to anybody, for keeping it in secret. Will you?"

I think that is the sheer truth about Ibaraki.

"It's rather hot!"
The boy said with a smile. He's wearing a white T-shirt with half sleeves rolled up which is half damp and half transparent.

"Should already be cool enough for autumn."
Tangling a blue water hose, he said. It was almost 5pm. Not surprising if he answered brusquely, but the lad showed a weary smile on his face and said.

"We only have plants. Sorry, we have no seeds. "
I had thought every teenaged American does a part-time job,
but not willing to do. But my belief seemed to have been wrong.

The lad in a weary t-shirt changed his tool in hand to a watering can, and added like talking to himself.
”I feel sorry for the mums”
When he said the name of the plants, he stretched the sound of the vowel. Probably for my obviously Auslander appearance.
But that reminds me of "mon". Mother....., he would call his mother like that with a little bit darker notes, maybe.
I remember my sons in Japan.

After such a weather turmoil, autumn finally arrived in my garden, too.

This is today’s a stable cake: Coffee flavoured walnuts cakes with cheese cream, which matches very good with a strong coffee. Autumn has come! It’s time to taste cold air as well.

It was so touching!! I had a response from the restaurant manager.
For a rare traveller from Japan, I posted a review in Japanese. The Storming Crab is a seafood restaurant, rather casual both customer and service, but the food is astonishingly good!!

Paper cloth on a table, vinyl aprons and gloves and a tin bucket; that is the full set for this delicious and wild seafood shop.

I dare to write the comment in Japanese for Japanese who will drop by the shop. But surprisingly, I received a response from the manager!!

This is a follow-up to my article on May 7th. Since I changed my search engine to ECOSIA, I earned over 900 trees worth advertisements clicking.
As I explained before, your search through Google or other commercialized engines for free, but your searching records are reserved , and are sold to the third party, such as amazon, facebook, etc. And, at the end of tha day they are utilized for marketing. Therefore your one-click generate one slice of mega information for the future.

Instead of donating your information to the mega Information dependent companies just sit and wait to be spent, ECOSIA ventured to transfer the monetary value of the information to environment preservation. Also, their engine deletes the searching history after a certain period.

About 45 searches are necessary for buying and planting one tree.

Transferring the search engine is free of charge. Why don you become free from history tracking by mega-companies, too?

Visiting garden shops or hardware shops was one of my favourite thing to do while being abroad.
When I've been to Amsterdam, I went on a flower shop crawl and purchased seeds.
But, in the U.S, I could not find seeds in any shops. So I took pictures instead.

In the far west field of America, I encountered the name of my country. I found the description board installed on upstairs of slave's barns, explained the h**p, the staple crop at that time were originated from Oki Island Japan.

The other description is about one of the slaves, who was finally liberated by obtaining citizenship and supported to
maintain this mansion.

History of both plantation and slavery at the time of the Civil War were very different from what I imagined.

Typhoon hit the Nago Beach on the Boso Minami-Boso Peninsula. The long and pure sand beach was where many private schools used to hold summer camps for school girls and boys 40 years ago.
I used to be one of them, and spent almost a month in total, swimming all day long. I personally did not participate in long-distance swimmings of 2km, but many acquired a sort of confidence finishing it.

The place was rich in history and folktale, Nanso Satomi Hakkennden. I am hoping all damages will well-restored soon, nevertheless, at any rate, I hope lives in that area will be restored their ordinary lives as soon as possible.

Woke up at 4am, and sent the guest to the airport. For a killing time, park the Beatle and walked along with the guest from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3, took a short break and returned to the parking area. Took 1hour to get home, and prepared translation applying for a contest, and brought it to a post office. Successfully having sent it in time, and went to
two supermarkets; one for merchandizers and the other for ordinary households. Brought some sweets, frozen foods, and Yakurut to someone who lives in elders' home.
And now I am translating British mistery, without any hope publishing in future, simply for my pleasure.

Do you think I still should do my best for breaking through my troublesome and clogged life?

Do you know YANESEN?
It is name of downtown area in Tokyo, and an abbreviation of names of three neighboring towns; Yanaka, Nezu and Sendagi.

Just like the old Londoner, cockney's definition; born and brought up in the patch where St.Mary-le- Bow charge's bell can be heard, our definition of Edokkos also used be the ones who were brought up in Sensouji Temple's area.

However, for me, The Yanesen area is sheer and longstanding downtown since the Edo era. Bukyo, where the Tokugawa built dwellings for their chamberlains in Edo era, is a center of civil culture back then.

I would say something peculiar, but I believe it is personally correct.

I've been exercising at a sports gym since February 2018.
With a long interval of 3 months, I restarted exercising constantly from June this year. Instructors are very kind for a frequent member and gave me some tips for effective working out.
Yesterday one of them told me to pay attention to
my wrists when I use peck-deck-machine. This is one you
pull and gently pull back bars with weights of 18kg, I am sure you have ever used it before. My left arm was actually not strong enough for the weight, and eventually, I used my upper arm and lower arm just as two sticks connected by a joint without acknowledging mascles along those joints. My brain simply orders to push or endure the stress of the weight.

But, by her words, I became aware of my lower arm bitting into my wrist. This meant that there should be muscle around the wrists which support joints and palms.

To make a long story short, I found the same thing to my big ankles. The big ankles have been my pain in the neck since teenage. I understand that most of the physical styles; skinny, plumpy and so on, are basically biologically inherited, but when we consider that we biologically inherit the way we move our body, it may solve my problem.

I never thought of my ankles supporting my feet rising up and landing gently. But once you recognize such functions you may change your way to use your ankles.

To confirm my concept, I looked through the Web.
I could reach no underlying page, further, I found some would undergo an operation to make their ankles small.

I will see what will happen to my ankles.
Please wish that I would get slim and small ankles sometime shortly.

Postscripted on August 21, 2019:
I found that LDL Cholesterol is a main factor for the big ankle. In other words, when your tendo Achilles is wider than 1.2cm, you'd be better to reduce fat accumulation throughout your body.
Also, I found that for decreasing fat accumulation, particularly for the LDL Cholesterol, the most effective is a dietary intake of 25g cacao 70 chocolate, every day.

The Old Imari in the left-hand-side is the one I found at an antique shop in Yokohama, and it costs JPY 12000.
Mine was, in the picture on the right, on sale at a nearby second-hand-shop at the price of JPY 500.
I thought that they are very similar, but very different when compared side by side.
Still good enough for daily use, though😁

Finally, it is in bloom.
Since I bought them packed in Amsterdam, over 1 year passed.
The little purple and white flowers of Scabiosa are flowering modestly under trees at the end of my garden. I sow its seeds in June, last year, and I almost gave up looking forward to seeing flowers in this humid and boiling summer in Japan.
To the best of my knowledge, the scabiosa is an annual plant. But still, I cannot stop wishing it goes to seeds for next year.

I must confess that I am addicted to flour.
Particularly I would die for the tickling scent of flour that soaked rich butter in my nose.

I made small scorns with cheese cream and a German onion cake.
They were both superb!!!!
The former ones for the lads in our stable, and the latter one is for myself and my neighbor. He brings up vegetables at a community garden. 70% of the onion cakes is from his crops.

It's the best in a Sunday morning, to brew coffee from home roasted beans with hot water boiled using the Tetsubin, Japanese traditional iron pot.
Thick and bitter aroma is best matching to sweet and mellowing soft taste of the onion cake.

Until Dr.James Herring warned in IASL 2016 Tokyo, that almost all internet service, particularly data storage services, would become fee-charging, I would never have regarded our information retrieval history as asset for particular type of industries.

It was only 3years ago, however situation around the individual users information searching histories has dramatically changed.

When I first encounter an information search engine, it was almost
30years ago. There were, even at that time, more than 5 providers were accessible in Japan. Each has strong field, and none of them were of particular giant.

Then, Google came, with overwhelming marketing and
development power. The thing that strongly led Google to the
No.1 position was, I guess, their asset forecasting ability. Asset, here means, information.

For the my generation, such invisible thing would never come up in our minds as important as money. If any think it's valuable, we would think only stock investments or gossipy would appreciate it.

Since around 10 years ago, control of information has been
conducted on web started. Now it is welcome for a lawful reason, but I was surprised when my OS become unable to download music from You-tube, after updated it. I don't protest to what has been done to my computer, but I felt fairly uncomfortable without being asked.

And at this timing, I've come to know that computer is only a window, through which I look the world. That's all, and the world will run without my permission. At that time, the purpose of the manipulation was for protection of property rights. However, hidden manipulation, eq, secretly archive and accumulate histories of search, has been conducted.

Ok, I live in world of information.
That is true. Without such engines and information, I cannot live a day. I even appreciate it.

However, if there is anything we can do for making things better,
than just accumulating my searching data for seeing useless and annoying commercial advertisements, I would be happy to shift my search engine.

This German engine store your history for few days, but automatically deletes after that. And the equivalent values , that has commercially been exploited, will be expended for planted trees for avoid deforestation.

I, myself, need more study about them and their system,
but I prefer not selling my personal interests to particular industries.

What I can do for my privacy and someone on the opposite side of the world, I started the EcoSia.
