Choose wisely.

In my love, you have found freedom to rise to your true identity. Tune into my compassion, which is so strong that my very heart beats with the truth of who I created you to be. I have called you my own, and I am a good Father with a heart full of delight over you. When you learn and grow and find your feet beneath you, it fills me with pride. Don’t stop taking risks in love and life as you follow the wisdom of my Word.



I am not demanding. You are free to choose how you will live. Even in surrender, you could go a variety of ways. You could take multiple expressions in your life that align with my mercy. Whatever you decide to do, be sure that it is actually a fruit of your freedom. In other words, do not link your life with something that enslaves you. The blood of the Lamb has set you free from everything that hinders love, so don’t go the way of indentured servitude. Don’t believe the lies of temporary pleasure and quick returns, for they are a trap. Why be bound by chains again when you are reborn to live unencumbered? But even if you find yourself bound up, look to me, and I will lead you into freedom again.

𝓢𝓽𝓪𝔂 𝓪 𝓦𝓱𝓲𝓵𝓮

You have found favor with the Lord. At this very moment, God is extending an invitation into blissful encounter. He is your friend. Your Creator. Your patient, merciful Father, who is absolutely in love with you and wants to spend time with you. Don’t rush through this devotion without noticing the gentle tug of God’s Spirit. Take a few moments to quiet yourself in his embrace. Stay awhile.

Be content, even if you don’t hear him say a word. Be still. Notice what it feels like to be washed in the beauty of God’s presence. Sink deep into an ocean of peace. He’s with you right now. He’s pouring out all you need for today. Gracing you with the glory of holy intimacy that is reserved for those who are willing to stay and enjoy.
