今日はチームTAEKOも仕事納めでした。　今年は、発売１０周年の記念すべき年になりました。これはひとえに皆様のおかげで、心からありがたいなと思います。また最近は、ヨガ愛好家の方にも使って頂けるようになり、すそ野の広がりも実感しております。TAEKOラボのある四日市もすっかり冬色になりました。寒波がやって来ていますので、健康に気を付けて素敵な年末年始をお迎え下さい。

今朝、チームTAEKOの東京のメンバーは、本社のある新宿区にて開催された「新宿年末クリーン大作戦」に参加しゴミ拾いをしてきました。区内の様々な企業が参加していましたが伯東株式会社からも社長をはじめ60名超が参加。ゴミ拾い用のトングは貸し出してもらえますがチームTAEKOは、もちろんマイトング持参。担当エリアは新宿の東口から新宿三丁目付近。繁華街ということもあり各店舗の方が普段からきれいにされておりゴミはあまり落ちていませんでしたがたばこの吸い殻が沢山ポイ捨てされていたのが印象的でした。
伊勢丹前に設置された回収場所にごみを集めてミッション完了。

This morning, we Hakuto company attended the community cleaning activity service in Shinjuku.
More than 60 coworkers were cleaning the area from Shinjuku East exit to Shinjuku 3-chome. The President of Hakuto was doing too. The people in the photo is our managing director. I brought my tongs with TAEKO stickers to use. As this area is downtown, many shops keep themselves clean there. But there are a lot of cigarette butts. At last, we brought the rubbish we corrected at the garbage disposal area, and our task was completed.

おかげさまで、TAEKO化粧品は１０周年を迎えることができました。
殺菌剤の研究を行っている中で、１９８６年にジェリー状の物質を分泌し覆われることで、殺菌剤から自らを守っている菌を見つけました。殺菌剤と言う強いストレスから細胞を守ることができるこのジェリー状物質は、人の肌も守ってくれると考え研究を開始しました。１２年の歳月をかけ、１９９８年に化粧品原料である「アルカリゲネス産生多糖体」の製品化に成功しました。　それと同時に化粧品処方の研究を開始し、２００４年に化粧品ＯDＭ事業に参入後、約１０年の経験を積み、２０１５年にＴＡＥＫＯブランドを立ち上げました。　
微生物の生き抜く力、発酵と処方技術、嗜好品としての感性がＴＡＥＫＯにより融合することが出来ました。多くの才能と努力に出会えたことと、ＴＡＥＫＯ化粧品を愛用してくれている人達に支えられ、１０周年を迎えられたことに大変感謝しております。

TAEKO cosmetics celebrated its 10th Anniversary with your support.
We found one bacterium which was protected against bactericides while researching bactericides in 1986. This bacterium was covered with jelly which was secreted by themselves. We think this jelly can protect your skin and started researching it as cosmetics ingredients. It took 12 years; we finally launched the cosmetics ingredient “Alcaligenes Polysaccharides” in 1998. At the same time, we started researching cosmetics formulations. We launched a cosmetics ODM business in 2004. We established the TAEKO brand after 10 years in 2015.
TAEKO could be a fusion of survival skills of bacteria, fermentation technology, cosmetics formulation technology and sense of cosmetics.

暑い日が続いたせいでしょうか？　10月なのにひまわり畑を見つけました。
先日、皮脂量は季節の変動は少ないが、冬は油脂が多く、春は遊離脂肪酸が多くなるとの報告を見つけました。　冬は、表皮表面を覆うことにより水の蒸発を防止する油脂の割合が多いことから、冬は油分等で表面を覆うことが重要であることが伺えます。これからの季節、TAEKOバランスおよびリッチクリームにて乾燥からお肌を守ってください。
