“BUT I WORK 9–5. I’M TIRED. WHEN DO I BUILD MYSELF?”

Fair question.

Let’s remove the fantasy first.

Nobody “finds” time.
They reassign it.

If you leave work at 5pm, get home at 7pm, eat, scroll, sleep, repeat,
that’s not a time problem.

That’s an energy management problem.

You are tired.
Yes.

But tired people still scroll.
Tired people still watch series.
Tired people still chat for two hours.

So the real question is not:
“Am I tired?”

It is:
“What am I tired for?”

Have you tried leveraging work breaks?

• 30 minutes lunch break
• 15 minutes tea break
• Dead office hours
• Commute time

That’s 1–2 hours daily hiding in plain sight.
