A woman in Embu is counting her losses after an alarming encounter this morning. She says she greeted a man who approached her holding a Bible and asking for directions. Moments later, she blacked out — and only came back to her senses about 30 minutes later.

By then, her mobile phone and cash were gone.

This is a serious reminder that criminals are now using religion and friendly talk to distract and rob innocent people.

⚠️ Stay alert. Don’t engage strangers unnecessarily. Don’t allow anyone to get too close or touch you. Trust your instincts.
