SHABANA FC vs GOR MAHIA FC MATCH REPORT

Prior to kickoff, a violent altercation broke out between fans seated in Shade G9 (Shabana FC supporters) and those in Shade G10 (Gor Mahia FC supporters). The clash resulted in multiple injuries, prompting emergency response and hospitalization of several individuals.

Injury Breakdown:

Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital (KTRH):

Total cases: 52

2 fans with suspected skull fractures (awaiting CT scans)

2 with limb fractures

3 with deep cuts

Remaining cases were minor injuries

Ram Hospital:

14 fans treated for minor injuries

Hema Hospital:

5 cases with minor injuries

Christamarianne Hospital:

1 case with a minor injury

Despite the unfortunate events, the match proceeded without further incident. Gor Mahia FC defeated the home side, Shabana FC, with a scoreline of 1-0.

No fatalities were reported.
