TAKING A BUS UPCOUNTRY
I recently was down bad and had to resort to taking an ECONOMY bus(bus ya wakulima wadogo)from Nyanza to Nairobi and back.It was pure drama I must say.
Some middle aged man , before the return journey stepped in, covering his whole face with the Uhuru era protective gears , a lean man with a sharp gaze
Was sitting at my usual place, at the back , a practice have carried since my school days and therefore had not taken a keen interest in his shoes until he came close , ordering everyone to put up their hands if they believed in God lest God will do bad things to them 😀.
My first gaze always rest down in any encounter and this was just my normal day in office and I looked at his shoes then I adjusted my mask for the obvious reasons 😅
Man went on for hours, threatening everyone with how he embodies spiritual connection with God that none of us had , talking about how it is divine to give .
I didn't pay much attention thereafter and went into my own world. Talk of audacity, the man of God ordered me to pay attention to him and warned that he has seen many of my calibre and their fate has always been the same.
Like man, I just want to go back home, I didn't board this bus to be a congregant, I just want to be a passenger and go home..
Well, lacking money really exposes you to so much mediocrity.
