🏆 TENP Ajira Digital Club Shines at the North Rift Ajira Leaders Bootcamp 🏆

On 19th September 2025, our club proudly participated in the North Rift Ajira Leaders Bootcamp hosted at Kitale National Polytechnic under the Ajira Digital Program – an initiative of the Ministry of ICT and Digital Economy, in partnership with eMobilis, KEPSA, and the Mastercard Foundation.

The bootcamp brought together over 50 Ajira Club leaders and champions from institutions across the North Rift, including Mois, Kitale, Kibabii, University of Eldoret, Mosoriot, and many others.

Highlights from the Bootcamp:

A session on Ethical Leadership & Leading Without Authority emphasized trust, emotional intelligence, and integrity in leadership.

Consistency and visibility were reinforced as essential drivers for seizing opportunities and building credibility.

Discussions on the sustainability of Ajira Clubs focused on structure, branding, and institutional alignment.

Engaging conversations on growth mindset, digital skills, and youth empowerment showcased the power of technology in shaping livelihoods.

As the top-performing Ajira Club in the North Rift, TENP Ajira Digital Club was not only represented but also made a mark — sharing insights, engaging in discussions, and reaffirming our leadership in digital transformation.
