Does this man look familiar to you?

He is an alleged notorious thief captured on CCTV stealing from an MPESA shop at Wills, Eldoret town. He reportedly made away with Ksh130k.

How he steals; He pretends to input the ID number on the MPESA phone but instead blocks messages. The transaction will go through without a reply. As an operator you will refund the money.
