This is Collins Kipng'etich Towett,a police officer who was Manning the KCSE.

He took care of the baby after the KCSE candidate delivered when the exams were ongoing,as he stepped in to allow the mother who had just delivered the baby finish writing the paper.

Collins Towett comes from Chepkumia ward,Nandi county.Collins is also the main goalkeeper for Kabaskei FC.

This is true humanity and Collins deserves some recognition and promotion.

Another Woman Dies at Tana River County Referral Hospital After 12-Hour Delay in Treatment.

Tana River, Kenya — Tension and concern are growing among residents after yet another life was lost at the Tana River County Referral Hospital due to alleged negligence.

According to a report aired on TV47, a woman who had been bitten by a snake was rushed to the hospital at around 10:00 pm on Sunday night. However, despite the urgency of her condition, she is reported to have remained unattended for nearly 12 hours.

Her husband, speaking to the media, expressed deep sorrow and frustration. He claimed that instead of referring her to another county facility where her life could possibly have been saved, the hospital staff allegedly left them waiting without the necessary medical intervention.

This tragic incident has intensified public outcry, with many residents questioning the state of healthcare services in the county. Critics argue that the county referral hospital operates more like a small clinic, unable to adequately handle serious emergencies.

“It is the highest time the youth of Tana River stand up for their rights,” said a concerned local resident. “We cannot continue losing lives over issues that can be prevented with proper staffing, equipment, and accountability.”

The community is now demanding urgent reforms, improved medical resources, and transparent investigations into the circumstances surrounding the woman's death.
