Isiolo Gurreh community leaders have reaffirmed their support for Governor Abdi Guyo, dismissing a section of elders who claimed to speak for the community.

They criticized the group for dragging Abdirahman’s case into community affairs, stressing it is before government authorities and should not be used in their name.

The leaders insisted only the recognized Gurre leadership speaks for the community.
