Breaking News: A fire has broken out in Kabarnet town near the National Oil area, with several business houses currently on fire. The cause of the blaze is still unknown.

Emergency response teams and local residents are making efforts to contain the situation, but more help is urgently needed to prevent further damage.

Business owners and members of the public are advised to keep away from the area to allow rescue and firefighting operations to proceed safely.

Baringo Woman Representative Hon. Florence Jematia has hailed the Kaldich Boat Race as a truly unique event that beautifully showcases and explores Baringo’s rich culture and heritage.
