Nairobi County Orders Shutdown of Naivas Supermarkets Over Expired Stock.

The Nairobi County Health Committee has ordered the closure of all Naivas Supermarkets after it was established that the retail chain had been selling expired products. The committee cited public health concerns as the reason for the decisive action and called on County Executive Committee Member for Health, Suzanne Silantoi, to further investigate the matter.
