A 25-year-old David Kioko who is a university student at Tom Mboya University was arrested to the brutal murder of his 19-year-old Girlfriend Faith Musembi in Thika citing betrayal as his motive, alleging that Faith Musembi who was eight months pregnant at the time had been involved with five other men.

Both David Kioko and Faith Musembi hail from Machakos and they have known each other for the last 6 years.

Sources indicate that David Kioko had even secured for a scholarship to study in the USA.

NCBA Bank CEO John Gachora Criticizes Proposed Taxes Under Ruto's Administration

NCBA Bank CEO John Gachora has strongly criticized the proposed taxes in the Financial Bill 2024.

He specifically targeted the administration's plan to impose new transaction charges, labeling them as 'unnecessary taxation' and condemning the 'introduction of both Tobin Tax and Robinhood Tax by removing VAT exemptions for banking transactions'.

Migori County MP, Hon Fatuma Full Network to Hon osoro

"Counties need more money. We have seen many things that were not there before Devolution. Madam Speaker, I want to remind you that not everybody voted for this government, and time again this government has made it clear that if you did not vote for them they will not prioritize development in your area. it is only the County Governments that come to our rescue, especially the minority side. We refuse to suffer double marginalization."

After delivering this top drawer sales pitch in defense of devolution, the Speaker beckoned her to sit down after a job well done, but she asked for one more minute to say the following words;

"Look at Hon Osoro. When I talk of those statements about killing people, it is because of his uncouth behaviour. He behaves so badly, like a first timer who never even went to school."

You should see the Speaker running to the direction of the hot mic signalling to the parliament orderlies to switch it off before further damage was done to Hon Osoro's fragile ego.

South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro was given the mic to contribute to the Division of Revenue Bill, only to go on a tangent lambasting Governors for this or that, even going further to suggest that Governors are using County monies to carry their girlfriends in official cars, and for that reason Counties should instead have their annual allocation slashed.

Upon which Migori Woman Rep Fatuma Full Network begged for the mic, and here is the transcript of her boiling speech, verbatim:

"Madam Speaker, Hon Osoro has a personal vendetta with Governor Simba Arati. I can give him guidelines on how to fight him, but saying that Counties should be slashed money because of that is going too far. Hon Osoro, kindly be a man, stop being a woman in a market."

"Hon Osoro I can tell you for free that your shouting and bad manners will not remove Simba Arati from his position, please give Simba Arati time to work. All you do is fight and plan to kill him."

Bwana when she mentioned that killing part, someone switched off the mic immediately.
