This evening ๐—›๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐—ช๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜๐˜„๐—ฎ the 2027 Matungu MP hopeful, alongside other leaders from Kakamega county received President H.E. Dr. William Samoei Ruto at Kakamega Airstrip.

The President commences his much awaited five-day development tour across Western - Kenya which will kick off tomorrow starting with kakamega county.

The visit is significant to the residents as the president is expected to launch and commission various development projects across the region.

Today the Super MCA Hon Fredrick Watitwa convened a meeting which was attended by elders from across Mayoni ward.
In the consultative meeting, Hon. Watitwa sought the counsel, guidance and support from elders as part of his initial stage towards vying for Matungu parliamentary seat.

On their side, Mayoni Ward elders unanimously supported and welcomed the move terming it as the best for the constituency.

They also vehemently condemned the incident which occurred at Bulimbo church, terming it as outdated, barbaric and uncalled for. The elders called upon leaders to be ambassadors of peace and unity as they campaign for various seats across levels.

Hon Fredrick Watitwa remains ruthlessly focused towards rendering his services to the broader Matungu Constituency as from 2027.
He has stood out as the best suited charismatic leader.

Today it was all smiles and ululations as the residents in Mayoni ward received their Christmas gift from their beloved super MCA Hon. Fredrick Watitwa.

The give away packet included sugar, baking flour, cooking oil and rice.
Hon. Watitwa addressed the people and stated that he is known for his philanthropic nature through sharing with people and he will continue doing that.

"Hii haijawahifanyika hii wadi yetu, mheshimiwa ndio wa kuanza kujali Waislamu na Wakristo wakati wa sherehe. Tunashukuru sana na Mungu ambariki. " Said one of the residents as she happily carried a pack of her Christmas gift.

This is not the first time the outspoken MCA is doing this, he is used to celebrating with his people every year.
That is why he remains passionate on delivery service within the ward.

Today the World Bicycle Relief Foundation in partnership with with County Government of Kakamega delivered bicycles to the Community Health Promoters within Mayoni Ward.
This will make it easy for the CHPs to move within villages as they render services to the people hence promoting healthcare within our community.
