According to the senator, Raila has been loosing the race for the top seat, at least for the last two decades, and may look common

UPDATE: President William Ruto has this morning signed Supplementary Appropriation Bill No.2 2024/25 into law.

Here's how the final numbers look like:

路 Spending reduced by Kes 145.7 billion of which Kes 139.8 billion is attributable to the Executive, Kes Kes 3.7 billion is attributable to Parliament & Kes 2.1 billion is attributable to the Judiciary

路 Still on the reduction, Kes 105.0 billion is development, Kes 40.0 billion is recurrent

路 Key carryovers from 2023/24 are Constituency Development Fund to the tune of Kes 13.5 billion & Pension liabilities to the tune of Kes 23.8 billion

路 State House says the Kes 18.7 billion for the confirmation of all Junior Secondary School interns into permanent and pensionable terms has bene retained

路 Equally retained is the Kes 3.7 billion for the medical internship program
