Kenya cannot afford leaders who revive old wounds.
We cannot tolerate voices that divide citizens into “us” and “them.”
Our democracy demands leaders who unite, not those who fan tribal anxieties for short-term gain.

This moment should be a lesson to all of us especially the youth who now form the majority of voters:

If we don’t confront ethnic politics today, it will confront us tomorrow.
And when it does, it divides communities, destroys trust, and threatens peace.

Let us break down what is happening in Kenya politically… and what it means for us as youths.”

Kenya’s politics is shifting fast alliances breaking, new forces rising, old strategies collapsing. Behind the noise, one truth stands out: the political battlefield is no longer controlled by threats, tribal kingpins, or forced loyalty. People are thinking differently, and the youth are leading that shift.

Today, abrasive politics is being rejected. Intimidation is losing power. What is winning is respect, ideas, credibility, and track records not chaos and shouting matches.

For us as youths, this moment is historic:
We are the swing vote.
We decide momentum.
We determine the next generation of leaders.

The question is simple:
Are we choosing leaders who build or those who bully?
Leaders who unite or those who divide?
Leaders who empower or those who threaten?

The future is ours to shape and 2025/2027 will be defined by how loudly the youth choose to speak at the ballot.

But Gachagua’s style is different threats, anger, intimidation, and endless attacks on anyone who doesn’t bow to him.

From insulting leaders in kirinyaga, mwea, to trying to finish musicians for performing at Kithure Kindiki events, to dragging Anne Waiguru ,Hon Mary Maingi, MP into wild accusations his politics has become more about punishment than persuasion.

Yet he forgets something simple:
People vote with their interests, not with fear.

Mweans still loves Their MP Maingi
Mt. Kenya is waking up and back to the drawing board senses
And isolating the region with abrasive politics won’t build any future it will bury it.

Sometimes, the loudest “Kingpin” is the one losing the room fastest.
