Hello Beautiful Ladies of substance, I hope you're all doing well!
As we step into a new month, I'm excited to remind you that our June Challenge officially begins on June 1st. Let’s get ready to grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally together.
🔥 Challenge Pillars
Here’s what we’ll be focusing on during the June Challenge:
1. Self-Help Book Reading
Read 2 pages a day (or more if you're able).
Finish one book by the end of June.
Share your takeaways, quotes, or highlights with us!
2. Fasting & Prayer
Join us in our 3-day fast.
Be intentional in your prayers.
Let scripture guide your time with God.
3. Bible Reading
Choose ONE book from the Bible to read throughout June.
Stay consistent and allow God’s Word to speak to you.
4. Word of the Month: CONSISTENCY
Choose ONE area of your life to be consistent in (max TWO if needed). This could be: Speaking positive about your business, Prayer, Bible study, Exercise, Content creation, Journaling, Building relationships, etc
The goal is to build a lasting habit. Remember: it takes 21 days to form one!

Challenge Preparation
Before we dive in, here are a few important things to get ready:
1. Choose Your Self-Help Book
Whether it's a physical copy or a soft copy (PDF/eBook), make sure you have your self-development book ready.
The goal: Read at least 2 pages per day.
This way, by the end of the month, you'll have finished the book and gained valuable insights.
2. Prepare for Fasting & Prayer
We’ll be having a 3-day fasting and prayer session during the challenge, so now is the time to:
* Mentally prepare for it.
* Write down your prayer requests.
* Begin researching scriptures that align with what you'll be praying for (e.g., scriptures on healing, forgiveness, breakthrough, etc.).
3. Pick a Book of the Bible
Choose one book of the Bible to read throughout the month. It can be:
* James (short, 5 chapters – great for reflection)
*Matthew, John, or Luke (to learn about Jesus and His teachings)
*Proverbs (for godly wisdom)
You can reread the book as often as needed. The goal isn’t speed it’s understanding and transformation.
