Albert was arrested 7 June 2025 on a complaint directly from DIG Eliud Lagat, hauled 350 km to Nairobi Central, and dead the next day. Autopsy: blunt-force head trauma, neck compression, full-body bruises — not the “he banged his own head” fairy tale they first tried to sell us. Lagat steps aside 16 June after public pressure, yet now the script is “only juniors on trial.” Nah. Command responsibility doesn’t vanish when the body count starts. If OCS Talaam and co. are carrying the bag, the man whose letter started the whole operation can’t suddenly become a distant spectator. Full chain or no justice. Kenyans aren’t that forgetful.
