THE DAY HE STOPPED SAYING “I’M FINE”

There was a man in our neighborhood who was always the first to help.

If someone needed money for an emergency, they called him.

If a young man needed advice, they sat with him.

If a family had lost someone, he was among the first to arrive.

He was the man everyone described as strong.

But one evening, I saw him sitting alone outside his house.

No phone in his hand.

No friends around him.

Just him, staring into the darkness.

I asked, “Bro, are you okay?”

He smiled and said the same thing men have been saying for generations:

“I’m fine.”

I walked away.

And that night, I kept thinking about those two words.

What if he wasn't fine?

What if the man who always lends money was actually struggling with his own bills?

What if the man who gives everyone advice has nobody he can talk to?

What if the man who keeps saying, “Don't worry, I'll handle it,” is actually terrified that one day he won't be able to handle anything?

We often teach boys to become providers, protectors and strong men.

But somewhere along the way, we forgot to teach them that they are also human beings.

They get tired.

They get disappointed.

They get lonely.

They need encouragement.

They need someone to ask about their dreams, not only what they can provide.

The next morning, I saw him again.

This time, I didn't ask, “Are you okay?”

I simply sat beside him.

And for the first time, he didn't say he was fine.

He talked.

And I realized something:

Sometimes the strongest thing a man can do is finally admit that he needs someone too.

So, before you judge that quiet man, the angry man, the hardworking man, or the man who suddenly disappeared from everyone's life...

When was the last time somebody genuinely cared about what was happening inside him?

MY PERMANENT MARK LOVER
✍️

I remember all the hard times, every obstacle we faced, and all the pain we endured. Through it all, you promised to love me, to stand by me, and to be with me no matter what came our way. Those promises made me feel safe and gave me hope when everything felt heavy.
❤️😭
I remember how you comforted me, how you made me feel seen and loved, and how being with you felt like finally coming home. Even though life brought us challenges and things did not always go as we wished, I will always treasure the love, the promises, and the beautiful memories we shared.
When together,all we did

Memories can't fade

Looking back wasn't to fade but grow

No regret it deserved

Some people leave a mark on your heart that time can never completely erase.

JUSTICE MUST GO BOTH WAYS

I believe every person has the right to practice their religion, but that freedom comes with a responsibility to respect other people, other religions and the laws and values of the country where they live.

Muslims should be free to believe that Islam is the best religion for them, but they should also respect the fact that other people may believe differently. Sharia should not be imposed on people who do not follow Islam.

I also believe that when an individual;Muslim or otherwise is involved in crime or extremism, they should be held responsible for their own actions. Calling legitimate criticism “Islamophobia” should not be used to distract from or excuse criminal or extremist behaviour.

At the same time, genuine hatred or discrimination against Muslims should never be justified. The same standard should apply to everyone: respect the law, respect other people's beliefs, take responsibility for your actions, and don't blame an entire community for the actions of individuals.

Respect must go both ways. Justice must be equal. Freedom must belong to everyone.

WHY BEEN OUT ON SOCIAL MEDIA

I have been active on FB Since but lacked a social media manager

I have been handling ,doing other part of personal life too

Balancing both has been a problem.
Imagine how can I handle social media, relationship, work, education extra.

Pressure from fans or followers demanding me to get married🤔

Pressure to stick to Jana Dume by supporters 😌

Being restricted by FB making me noodles 😭

Other side am pressured and when I recall'Social Media doesn't forget but records every for future reference whether good or evil, respectful or shameful.

I don't need pressure I need freedom feeling freely, relaxed and confident

Have you ever felt too much pressure ?Tell your story !
