The proposed Siaya County Programme-Based Budget, 2025/2026, has been submitted to the County Assembly as required by Section 129(2)(a) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012.

The Budget Estimates, having been tabled in the County Assembly, stood committed to the House Committee on Budget and Appropriations for consideration and thereafter reporting to the House.

In line with Article 196(1)(b) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, the Committee invites interested stakeholders and members of the public to submit any representation(s) and view(s) on the Budget Estimates, 2025/2026, at the venues and times specified in the attached notice.
