Dear Super Metro management

Your services are convenient & reliable, and Kenyans love it. That is why one would queue for more that 1 hour waiting for their turn, especially at Archives stage.

However, some of your employees are wrecking nightmares on your customers.
Example; a complain sent to us on a incident happened on Tuesday 6th February 2024, your customers for Thika/Makongeni had to queue from 21:54hrs up to 22:30hrs waiting to be provided a vehicle, whereas there were over 8 vehicles queueing for Juja as folks wait! One vehicle, KDM 073N was provided, and after the 33 seats were occupied, they added over 10 individuals standing, and after interior lights were off, the vehicle left for Makongeni.

Along the way, the conductor started charging those standing, KES 100/ each, and waited until passengers started to alight at High Point to start collecting KES 110/ from everyone sitted. Some confrontation here and there, mix ups etc. By the time the Witeithie passengers were alighting, the vehicle had to stop for some minutes for the conductor to collect the fare. The unpleasant experience continued...
