Will American money return to Africa

Most of the respondents on camera remain stoic with indifference, but feel hurt by the sudden disruptions, the break of trust and sanctity of contracts by the Americans. While they are hopeful that the money will come back, in some way or form, they are not prepared for doomsday scenario that is inevitable if it does not.
What I saw was stasis, like deers caught in the headlights of an oncoming car, and unless we will ourselves to move, the fly will no doubt follow the co**se into the grave

Vihiga Farmers making 3k a day on ten-by-seven metres greenhouses growing tomatoes and Zucchini

Even with Israeli Amiran greenhouses, these farmers lost all their crops to the many microbes in the soils of western Kenya that are very difficult to control.
However with Youtube tutorials and videos they found online, they learnt that to take care of the problem they had to heat-treat their soil and also line the floor of the greenhouse with heavy-duty polythene, commonly called dam-liner, and thereafter plant in sacks.
