In Loving Memory of Sheila Mbwaya

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we at Transwood Film Studios announce the untimely passing of one of friends to Transwood Film Studios and Kitale'smost talented actresses, Sheila Mbwaya.

Sheila was more than just a performer , she was a force of creativity, a friend to many, and a rising star who brought life, emotion, in few films she got featured in. Her contribution to the Kitale's film industry, and to the creative work we’ve done together, will never be forgotten.

We extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, fellow artists, and fans. The film community has lost a gem, and we join all those mourning her loss across the country.

May her soul rest in peace, and may her legacy continue to inspire generations of storytellers.

Yesterday, Transwood Film Studios was honored to have our CEO, Majid Emmason, meet with Mr. Jacktone Otieno, CEO of BAMBA Studios. The meeting focused on the growth of the film industry in Trans Nzoia County and explored collaborative strategies to unlock the full potential of film production in the region.

We are excited about the possibilities ahead and look forward to impactful partnerships between BAMBA Studios and Transwood Film Studios.
