Honored to meet with the Save the Children delegation led by Country Director, Jib Rabiltossaporn, to discuss strengthening partnerships in health, nutrition, and child protection.

As County Government of Turkana , we've translated child protection policies into action, providing nutrition supplements to all ECDE centers. However, challenges persist, such as Turkana's high malaria prevalence rate of 37%.

I urge development partners to invest in evidence-based health interventions and support our multi-sectoral approach, including the One Health programme.

We're committed to co-creating programmes with partners, even in the face of funding constraints. Let's work together to address the unique challenges in Turkana and ensure sustainable solutions for our communities.
