UPDATE: Embattled ODM SG Edwin Sifuna has warned that the multi-billion Turkana Oil Field Development Plan (FDP) could become President Ruto’s next major scandal, urging Kenyans to closely follow Parliament’s call for public participation.

"Parliament has invited your views on the Turkana Oil FDP that we are considering currently. You should pay attention because this is Ruto’s biggest scandal yet." he stated.

He claimed that the company set to produce the oil, Gulf Energy, has undergone changes in both ownership and name, raising serious red flags.

"The ownership of the Company that is to produce the oil (Gulf Energy, Formerly Tullow) changed names and hands multiple times in a matter of weeks. Days even."
