CHAMPIONS! 🏆🔥

The biggest team in Mandera Town has done it again — today we were crowned winners of the Mandera Peace Tournament, proudly sponsored by our legend Ali Kusow. 🙌

We faced a strong All Stars side in the final but dominated the game and came out with a 3-0 victory!

⚽ Goals by:

Muzamil – opened the scoring with class

Heskey – added the second with power

Suleiman – our talented U17 Captain sealed it with a brilliant strike from outside the 18-yard box 🔥

This team is different. This team is unity. This team is Mandera.

Shamurey Football Club

On behalf of Shamurey Football Club, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Kenya Academy of Sports and the Super PS Ismail Madey for organizing a well-coordinated and impactful tournament – the PS Ismail Madey Tournament in Mandera East.

We are especially thankful for the generous support provided to the teams. Each of the 36 teams that qualified for Round 2, including Shamurey FC, received a full set of uniforms, socks, and 2 footballs. It was truly inspiring to witness such inclusivity and support, as even the 36 teams that were eliminated in Round 1 were not left behind – each receiving 2 footballs.

This marks the first time in Mandera East where all 72 participating teams benefited from a single tournament. This level of dedication and commitment to the development of local football is unmatched, and we deeply appreciate the efforts of PS Ismail Madey in uplifting the football fraternity in our region.

As Shamurey FC, we remain fully committed to supporting you in any way possible. Your efforts have left a lasting mark in our hearts and in the spirit of football in Mandera East.
