Patrick Dorgu is one of those players quietly growing into the Manchester United shirt — and against Leeds, he showed exactly why he deserves more game time next season.

He was easily the best player in that second half, and the stats back it up: 100% aerial duels won, 100% tackles won, 85% pass accuracy, 3 ball recoveries, 3 shots, 3 touches in the box, and 2 crosses, all in just 45 minutes.

It wasn’t just the energy he brought on that left a mark, it was how dominant he looked for such a young, raw full-back. Composed, aggressive, and totally unfazed by the pace of the game.

Last season, Dorgu looked raw and got unfairly criticised, but the signs were always there: the physical qualities, the technical skill, and the right mentality. He just needed minutes and trust.

With a full pre-season and more opportunities under Amorim, I genuinely believe Dorgu can become a top player.
