Two “mikoras” pretending to be police officers were arrested in Nandi after their fake operation backfired badly.

The two men, dressed in full police uniform and acting with confidence, had been masquerading as security officers and terrorizing residents. They forcefully stormed a chang’aa den to demand a so-called brewing tax from Mama Pima.

However, their mission ended in embarrassment after members of the public caught them and subjected them to a thorough “open-air massage” before handing them over.

Their arrest exposed a scheme in which they had been moving around Nandi, posing as police officers to extort residents.
Nandi is becoming another operation zone.
