One thing our speaker said really got me thinking 🤔

Many of us answer more to “Mama somebody” than our actual names. Yes, motherhood is beautiful ❤️ but si you also have a name, dreams, hobbies, aspirations and a life beyond being someone’s mother?

“Mama Memo” honors the beautiful life I have built, but when that becomes the only identity, bits of “Judith” slowly start fading away.

Wamama, ni wangapi waliwacha kusoma after marriage? Wengine hata waliacha kazi. Somewhere along the journey, many women lost themselves while taking care of everyone else.

DO NOT LOSE YOU 💕
