The same God who held Gift and Satrine when darkness tried to swallow them. If this is not God, then what is?

Today, Gift Osinya graduates from Scott Christian University — a moment only God could write.

Many remember their story: tragedy struck, Satrine was shot in the head by Al-Shabab, and young Gift stood strong like a lion. God spared them, healed them, lifted them, and rebuilt their lives from ashes.

To survive that storm and stand here today is nothing short of divine. Gift’s journey is living proof that God still performs wonders.

Kenyan actor Bilal Wanjau sadly passed away.

The celebrated thespian—known for his memorable roles in Tahidi High, Lies That Bind, Gavana, and many other productions—died on Thursday morning while receiving treatment in hospital.

Colleagues reveal that Bilal had been battling diabetes-related complications, pneumonia, and a persistent leg wound that had seen him in and out of hospital in recent weeks.

A Kalasha Award–winning actor, Bilal Wanjau was admired for his outstanding talent, versatility, and immense contribution to Kenya’s film and TV industry.

My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and the entire creative fraternity.
May his soul rest in peace.
