πβ€οΈ A BIRTHDAY OF GIVING, GRATITUDE & SAVING LIVES π©Έπ
Earlier today, I celebrated my birthday in a way that truly fulfilled my heart β by giving back to the community and helping save lives. β€οΈ
I am incredibly grateful and humbled to have mobilized more than 35 pints of blood at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital, potentially helping give several patients another chance at life. π©Έπ
We also took time to share a bite of cake and some snacks with the less fortunate. For me, this is what makes a birthday truly meaningful β giving, serving, and putting a smile on someone elseβs face. β€οΈ
A sincere ASANTE SANA to everyone who showed up and supported the blood donation drive. To all the donors, I encourage you to keep the spirit alive and become regular blood donors.
π©Έ You don't lose by giving blood β you help give someone another chance at life.
π©Έ A PERSONAL MOMENT
I had hoped to make my 50th blood donation today. Unfortunately, after going through the qualification process, I was unable to donate because I was nervous and experiencing anxiety, which caused my blood pressure to be above the required level for donation.
Although I couldn't donate this time, I chose to stay, give moral support, serve refreshments, and encourage others to donate.
I thank God that, together, we still managed to contribute towards saving several lives. πβ€οΈ
π₯ THANK YOU, MERU TEACHING & REFERRAL HOSPITAL
A huge ASANTE SANA to the entire staff at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital, especially the team at the satellite facility, Dr. Kariith Kobia, Dr. Douglas, and, most importantly, the able CEO, Dr. Bernard Muriithi, for making the facility and working environment so friendly and welcoming.
π₯ TO THE DMEDIATV CREW β KUDOS!
To the entire Dmediatv Crew, Super Donors KE, my friends, clients, sponsors, partners, and everyone who stood with me to make this birthday a success β thank you from the bottom of my heart. β€οΈ
You made the day truly special.
π AND THE CELEBRATION CONTINUES!
