JOSPHAT KABEABEA to be arraigned in court today after spending the weekend at Integrity Centre Police Station.

EACC says he is facing three charges:
i. Receiving a bribe contrary to section 6 (1) (a) as read with section 18 of the Anti-Bribery Act.

ii. Acquisition of proceeds of crime contrary to section 4(a) as read with section 16(1) of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act.

iii. Possession of proceeds of crime contrary to section 4(c) as read with section 16(1) of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act.
