Nowadays upcoming artists are complaining that they are stuck in the same place because they don't have music managers,but upcoming musicians don't know the difference between manager and sponsor
There is a difference between *Manager and Sponsor* don't be confused,you'll be disappointed.
*While project managers identify and prioritize stakeholders, sponsors can advise on which stakeholders to prioritize based on their influence over the project. They establish communication channels to manage stakeholders and ensure they are updated on time to avoid clashes.* So not every musician needs a manager,but a successful artist needs management! Upcoming artist are willing to pay over 15K for music video shoot but they aren't willing to 5K plus audio they usually complain that it's too expensive why 🤷‍♀️ ? According to my understanding,upcoming wengi wanasema bila jina hata uwe na audio ya 25K hakuna mahali utapeleka! Is it true 🤷‍♀️Wengine husema wanaimba to fullfill their dreams so they have to pay less Ksh...is that beneficial🤔 For me I know there is a difference between upcoming artist,uprising artist and underground artist.What's the different? Upcoming artist ni yule msanii anaanza mziki,ndo mara yake ya kwanza kuingia studio,hajajua game ya mziki vizuuri...then uprising artist ni yule msanii ako na ngoma kadhaa na ameanza kupata views more kwa kila ngoma anatoa iko hit but ile average. Then underground artist ni yule jamaa hataki kupush mziki wake,ni mlazy na anapenda kucomplain yaani alianza mziki kitambo maybe 2011 na hajai fika hata 10K vews on YouTube. Kazi yake ni kufanya mziki mbovu,lastly we have underrated artist,hawa ni wale wasanii wako na talent,vocals,bars na ni wakali but hawajapata enough support,wanatoa mziki mzuri but watu wamekanyagia. Alright....sasa wewe uko category gani? Back to our main question,ny friend si lazima uwe na fan base huge ndo utoe mziki mzuri au audio ya 5K,always keep in mind that CHEAP IS EEXPENSIVE; You know si eti watu hawasikizi mziki wako,ni vile wanapuuza tu,ukitaka kujua watu hisikiza,try kurepeat mistari same kwa kila ngoma watakuambia.
