As part of our growth plan, we are currently seeking an experienced to join our dynamic team in . The candidate must have prior experience working with digital mixers and be proficient in setting up sound equipment, configuring microphones, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing microphone techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Load in and set up sound equipment for live game shows and entertainment events.
- Operate a digital mixer to ensure high-quality audio during the show.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to understand the sound requirements of each game show and execute them seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot sound issues in real-time, making adjustments as required to ensure uninterrupted show flow.
- Monitor and adjust audio levels throughout the show to deliver an optimal sound experience for the audience.
- Work in a fast-paced, live environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Maintain and ensure all sound equipment is in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Sound Technician in the live events or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in operating digital mixers and other sound equipment.
- Strong knowledge of sound technology, including setting up and configuring various microphones, speakers, and audio consoles.
- Familiarity with microphone types and techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot sound issues effectively, making adjustments on the fly as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the production team and communicate effectively during live events.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
