I still remember staring at that first blank page in my maiden class at the Faculties of Arts and Social Science - University of Nairobi, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, excited and terrified. What unfolded was more than a class, it was a metamorphosis. The UNCTV and UNCRadioke space taught me that real communication begins long before you hit ‘record’ or publish a piece. It started with writing drills that transformed my jumbled thoughts into compelling narratives, then evolved into critical thinking exercises that taught me to dissect information like a surgeon.
