It’s been a journey of transformation at the School of Journalism & Mass Communication - University of Nairobi.
Through the guidance of our dedicated faculty and staff, these students have evolved into polished professionals ready to take the film world by storm.
To kick off their transition, our final-year creators headed to this year's Kalasha International Film Awards. It was more than just a ceremony; it was an opportunity to network, pick-up industry tips, and visualize exactly what the future holds for them.
Now, they are ready to show you what they’ve been working on. Get ready for the 3rd edition of the VUKA FILM Festival.
This is where their final projects hit the big screen, showcasing the ambitious and relentless talent that will soon define the faces of film.
Mark your calendars: 2nd – 4th June 2026. Join us as we celebrate the next generation of storytellers.
