Gilbert Kinyua was receiving treatment at Kenyatta National Hospital, where he had been admitted from December 2024.
Last night, someone got into ward number 7, where Gilbert was sleeping, and sl!t his thr0at with a knife, ending the lifè of this young man. The probe into this shocking incident has begun.
Even the sick aren't spared.

Very dangerous!!!!
In Luhya culture of Western Kenya, when a person dies and it becomes clear that somebody was behind the killing, this is what happens.
This helps not only to console the bereaved plus the soul of the deceased but also to cleanse the family of the accused as well.
It is believed that after doing this, the soul of the departed rests in peace and won't torment the kins of the accused.

This is done the day the body is removed from the mortuary for burial. The coffin bearing the dead is carried straight to the accused's homestead where it is placed facing his main house door.
The house/ houses in the compound are then torched alongside all property inside.
The torcheres will proceed to the farm whereby all crops especially bananas will be destroyed by slashing.
All this time, there is yelling and shouting cursing the accused, who, in most occasions have fled and might never be seen again.
Later, the ⚰️ is carried to the deceased homestead for burial.
The culture is referred to as "okhusoola' in Luhya dialect.

VERY SCARY! CONTROL YOUR ANGER AND EMOTIONS.

Meet 31 year old police officer called Dan. He was not born with this frightening appearance. What you see is the result of a normal argument he had with his wife.

One day, Dan and his wife had an argum€nt about a house issue. He says it seemed a normal argumeπt like any married couple and later left for work. He had a night shift so he came back home the day after at 05:30 am and went straight to the bed to have some sleep.

This is the moment his wife chose to come and pour ac!d solution on his face. Then she ran away. But it was not enough for her to spoil his face, she also acted so that he couldn't escape the bedroom. She had p0ured water on the floor and connected it to electricity. As soon as Dan stepped on the floor, he was electrocuted.

He screamed so loud for help before his neighbours came and found him in his despair. They rushed him to hospital and luckily his life was saved, but unfortunately not his eyes. Dan permanently lost his sight and now completely blind.

His wife was arrested, then released later on bail. He says he forgave her but he is not going to abandon the charges against her. He only met her at the court and all she said was that she doesn't know why she did what she did.

This is how a random conversation with a simple disagreement can lead to tragedy. He adds that every single day he lives is a struggle. All because someone could not manage her anger and emotions. Dan is just one of the many men that have suffered extreme domestic violence.

A Zambian woman and her four daughters have been arrested after their father’s decomposed body was found locked in a room in their home.
Mr George Kalaba was last seen in July of 2023 and since then, his wife, Sylvia Kalaba, had come up with multiple deflective excuses to anyone who asked for his whereabouts until George’s older brother decided to involve the police 2 years later where a search was made in their home and his skeletal remains were found covered in a sleeping position in a room locked inside. It was unclear when George may have died, but it was very obvious that he had been dead for a very long time.

A man kills his wife and two children overnight in Ibeno Ward, Nyaribari Chache constituency, before taking his own life.

He also attacked his father with a machete but luckily managed to escape with injuries.

The attack reportedly stemmed from accusations that his father was having an affair with his wife.

The Church That Killed 200 Members And Got Away With It…

On the 10 of December 2016, nearly 200 church goers lost their lives at the Reigners Bible Church International in Uyo, during the Ordination of the church owner; Apostle Dr Akan Weeks. Thirty minutes into the church service, just when the lead singer was about to call for offerings, the church roof, made up heavy metal trusses, collapsed heavily on the church members, instantly killing 60 people on the spot and injuring many others who would go on to die from their injuries, raising the death toll to roughly 200 victims.

It turned out that the church building was rushed and some scaffolds were removed so that there will be more space for members to occupy. The engineers and architects accused the church owner Apostle Akan Weeks of being the one who ordered the building to be rushed and also the one who ordered the scaffolds to be removed so that his church can house more people. The removal of the scaffolds and the rushing of this building was what ultimately led to the death of 200 church goers.

The then governor of Akwa Ibom state Emmanuel Udom was present at this ordination, he was whisked away just in time, surving the tragedy. After the realization of this horror he ordered for an investigation as he was willing to punish anyone who is found to be responsible for this carelessness.

8 Years Later…. No one was ever punished for this tragedy. And the family of the victims were never compensated.
