✅ Step 1: Find out why the learner is disrupting the class. Understanding the root cause is key.

✅ Step 2: Respond with the right solution based on the cause:

✋ They’ve finished early? Give them an extra task or ask them to help a peer.

✋ They’re bored by the lesson? Try new teaching strategies to re-engage them.

✋ They’re tired? Switch up the activity to give them a mental break.

✋ They don’t understand the work? Offer more support or extra practice activities.

It’s the idea that something must be true, good, or right simply because it’s popular. For example, thinking a phone is the best one in the market simply because everyone is buying it.

But here’s the truth: popularity isn’t proof.
Just because “everyone’s doing it” doesn’t mean it’s the right thing, or that it’s even logical.
